We have a return policy of 20-25 days from the date of delivery. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be Returned / Exchanged.If you are dissatisfied with any you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as it meets our conditions

After the item is retrieved, we will refund the eligible amount as follow: For order paid using credit/debit card or paypal, refund will be credited into the same account. It takes up to 20-25 working days for online refund to reflect on your statement. Please allow us up to 7 days for the refund to be processed after goods are received.
